1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how WallPair (“WallPair,” “we,” “the app”) handles information when you use the WallPair mobile application for Android and iOS (package / bundle ID com.clipper.wallpair). WallPair is provided by an individual developer. We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use WallPair, we may process account and authentication information, partner-connection data, photos and wallpaper delivery data, device and notification tokens, subscription-related status, and local app preferences. Details are in the sections below.
3. Account and Authentication Information
- Google Sign-In (Android and iOS)
- Sign in with Apple (iOS)
- email address associated with the sign-in provider (Apple may provide a real or private relay email, depending on your Apple settings)
- display name, when provided by the sign-in provider or set in the service
- Firebase Authentication user ID (Firebase UID)
- WallPair ID used for pairing
- authentication state needed to keep you signed in
4. Partner Connections and Requests
- partner connection status and partner identifiers
- connection requests
- approval / trust preferences (for example, whether wallpaper delivery may proceed without a separate in-app approval)
- partner-related history maintained by the service for reconnecting and related features
- wallpaper delivery and related activity records needed to operate pairing
WallPair currently provides disconnect and report options where available in the app. This policy does not claim that a separate Block feature is available.
5. Photos and Wallpaper Content
- You may select images from your device to send or apply.
- Selected images may be uploaded to Firebase Storage.
- Image URLs and related delivery records may be stored in Firebase Realtime Database.
- Images are shared with your selected connected partner.
- iOS: a received image may be saved to Photos. You must apply it manually as wallpaper. WallPair does not directly set the iOS system wallpaper.
- Android: on supported devices, WallPair may use Android system APIs to apply home-screen and/or lock-screen wallpaper. Device and manufacturer restrictions may affect this behavior.
- Content already saved or applied on another device cannot be remotely removed.
- The current account-deletion implementation does not automatically delete all Firebase Storage wallpaper files.
6. Device and Notification Information
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens
- Apple Push Notification service (APNs) token processing on iOS, as used through Firebase Messaging
- notification delivery for partner requests, wallpaper alerts, and related service messages
- device identifiers / tokens used for push delivery
- notification permission choices on your device
7. Subscription and Purchase Information
- Purchases and entitlements are handled through RevenueCat together with the Apple App Store and/or Google Play.
- Your Firebase UID may be used as the RevenueCat App User ID so subscription status can be associated with your WallPair account.
- Product, entitlement, transaction status, renewal / expiration status, and purchase history may be processed to provide Premium access.
- WallPair does not receive complete payment-card details.
- Purchase and subscription records may remain with Apple, Google, and/or RevenueCat after you delete your WallPair account, according to their policies.
Local app data
The app may store on your device information such as language selection, onboarding state, a Premium-status cache, app preferences, and other necessary local state to operate the app.
8. How We Use Information
- authenticate you and secure your account
- create and maintain your WallPair profile and WallPair ID
- enable partner pairing, requests, and wallpaper sharing
- deliver push notifications you have permitted
- provide and restore Premium subscription access
- prevent abuse, investigate reports when reasonably possible, and protect the service
- operate, maintain, and improve core app functionality
9. How Information Is Shared
- with your connected partner, as needed for pairing and wallpaper delivery
- with service providers that process data for us (listed below)
- when required by law, legal process, or to protect safety, rights, or the integrity of the service
We do not sell your personal information.
10. Third-Party Services
WallPair uses the following services, which process information under their own privacy terms:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Functions)
- RevenueCat (subscription and entitlement management)
- Google Sign-In
- Sign in with Apple (iOS)
- Apple App Store and Google Play (purchases and subscriptions)
- Pexels (optional suggested wallpaper photos and photographer credits)
- Unsplash (fallback suggested wallpaper images when used by the app)
11. Data Storage and International Processing
Information may be processed and stored on infrastructure operated by Google/Firebase, Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, and related providers. This may involve processing outside your country. By using WallPair, you understand that such processing may occur as described in those providers’ policies.
12. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained while needed to provide the service.
- Account data covered by the current deletion function is removed during the in-app (or verified support) deletion process.
- Cloud wallpaper files in Firebase Storage are not automatically deleted by the current deletion implementation and may remain.
- Transaction and subscription records may be retained by Apple, Google, and/or RevenueCat.
- Limited reports or security records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
13. Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete Account (scroll to the bottom), then confirm and reauthenticate when asked.
Public instructions are also available at https://wallpair.pages.dev/delete-account.
The current deletion process removes your Firebase Authentication account, WallPair profile, partner connection, partner requests, and related account-specific Realtime Database records handled by that flow. It does not automatically delete Firebase Storage wallpaper files. Deleting your WallPair account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
If you cannot access the app, contact buyuktuncerrecep@gmail.com. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days. Ownership verification may be required.
14. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, including HTTPS and authenticated access controls provided through Firebase and related platforms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Children’s Privacy
WallPair is not intended for children under 13. Do not use WallPair if you are under 13, or if local law requires a higher minimum age without appropriate authorization. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. This statement is not a COPPA certification.

- disconnect from a partner
- delete your account in Settings
- manage notification permissions in device settings
- manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account
- contact us about privacy questions or deletion requests
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to make a request.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top will change when updates are published. Continued use of WallPair after an update means you accept the revised policy.

15. Çocukların gizliliği
WallPair 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşından küçükseniz veya yerel hukuk daha yüksek bir asgari yaş gerektiriyorsa WallPair’i kullanmayın. 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bu ifade bir COPPA belgelendirmesi değildir.
